Sudan was once one of the least developed countries of the world.  Since the dramatic development of its oil industry from 1999, it had ever been one of the fastest-developing economies in Africa during the past decade. There were so many bridges arched across the Nile, so many mansions erected alongside the Nile and so many streets radiated from the Nile illustrated the latest incredible miracles happened in Sudan. The national wealth, originated from its oil sector like a torrent of the Nile rolls on drained away to a trickle of a brook, shrunk abruptly with the separation of the South from the North. How to reinvigorate its economy appears to be a very difficult problem to be faced by Sudanese with courage and foresight. We are wondering whether Sudan could re-experience its previous stories and rewritea brilliant legacy and forward to tomorrow.
